All items for sale on this site are believed to be the absolute original painting but it is in the purchaser's own interests to gather information from the seller to satisfy their own questions prior to purchase.
Once purchased no refunds will be given.
All the paintings, etchings or pencil drawings on this site are of gallery or museum quality and every effort has been taken to provide the buyer with information where the paintings has been cleaned or reframed. Where a clean has taken place, the seller confirms that this was undertaken by a professional contractor in the field and the framing is of the highest quality.
The artworks on this site were originally purchased by the owner and the owner undertakes to provide as much documentation as is available to support the veracity of the item for sale.
Viewing the collection as a whole is possible in hard copy and a photocopy catalogue can be ordered via the contact form on the site for FREE.
A deduction of 10% of the overall purchase price is available where two items or more are purchased at the same time.
Prices reflect the original cost to the seller and the current market as well as the quality and rarity of the item.
Once a purchase price has been agreed, the seller undertakes to safely pack the items purchased and to provide a postage cost to the seller prior to despatch. Packing and postage with be completed in 7-10 working days. Insurance costs will be covered and paid for by the Seller.
Payment for any items purchased will be by on line bank transfer to the sellers account prior to despatch of the item/s.
Where reasonable, the seller is happy to enable a prospective purchaser to view the item in person at a mutually agreed location.
